RManon, certianly true about the lifts. I'm more worried about a power cut when I'm IN the lift. Always a possibility.

Brain, don't live there any more but at the time it was $350 per month, and that was definitely the top end of the scale for the building.
Congratulations. Have you hired some professionals to get shifted or you have managed on your own. Its a hectic process and I prefer to hire professionals.
