actually, the google earth works like its counterpart, the wikimapia), but i dont know to what extent or level of sophistication how much similar between the two, the main idea is everyone contributes the maps of their area to the google's or wiki's map. Initially, I thought google has access to the US spy satelite and capture all images of cities around the world
Just to clear things up, I took this picture out of my window with my camera.
