The Smartest Labourer In Vietnam

This caucasian guy has been turning a few heads, directing traffic in his shirt and tie. Anyone seen anything else like this being used in the city?

I like this idea quite a lot actually. It keeps the actual workers out of danger from traffic, and the dummy never takes breaks lol.
